I had to reinstall the product and disable it in order to change the usergroups setting.

any advice?

Product install hasn't been run correctly if you get this error.

Remove the product and install it again.

Very usefull post ... What makes you think it's slow ? As I said to another guy, if you don't change refresh rate it's default to 30 seconds so that seems slow.
