It's because you have the refresh rate set to 30 seconds I think so it's totally normal if for example the user shout 10 seconds after the last refresh

Can all be listed under one default command such as "!help". Also, this is another way for veteren users to answer the same "noobish" questions day in & day out but simply typing the question. The answer could be a wall of text or it could be a simple sentance. This again should be something the administrator thinks about before using rather than someone saying "no it wont work".

If I implement this admin can do what they want like typing small commands or whole text.

Up to you to set a command and its replacement.
