nead help whet languges problem on flashchat 5

after finish install i try to writ in hebrew and is not shows hebrew is shows some strange
leters
like this

if i paste hebrew words to typing fild in chat is shows ok the hebrew
only when i typing direct is shows no good.is shows no good in dialog fild to

in flashchat 4.7 not be this problem
ferst i dalate all files of old chat-drop the database of them after instal all the chat
other stufs in flashchat are works good

i can pay for this servise

can some one help me whet this?
