Well, I was going to suggest what Lynne did. What you do, is make the "sex board" as hidden. In order to see it, you must have a certain secondary usergroup.

All you do is create a usergroup that is able to see the sex board. Allow it to be joinable.

The users can go to their UserCP, and click "join group", giving them the secondary usergroup, thus giving them access.
