I'm sorry, but I don't know how to answer that any better than the googled links can. You need to pick one of the methods for putting the rounded corners on your table (there are several ways to do it) and then find the table template and apply what they said.

Have you found the table in the template that you need to edit? If you haven't found the template, here is an easy way - do this - vboptions > General Settings > Add Template Name in HTML Comments > set to Yes . Then go back to your page and view the source code and you will see the name of the template called around your part of the code. Sometimes the template is the one mentioned at the very top of the page source.

Have you created the images to use for your rounded corners?

Perhaps if you post the top row of the table (we don't need to see the whole template, only the top row of the table you want the rounded corners to be applied to), post the image names (left, right, and middle), and link to the method you are going to use, then somebody may give some specific help.
