Oh sorry. I figured everyone would know that I was only giving an example but yes.

Please note that some people may want to use the commands like a knowledge base so predefined questions may be helpful for certain forums. I would consider this up to the admins though.

Yes using commands like

!VIP
!Help
!Rights

etc would be easier for many to remember but for some forums for example a world of warcraft forum:

!How do I level?
!What is the last boss?

Can all be listed under one default command such as "!help". Also, this is another way for veteren users to answer the same "noobish" questions day in & day out but simply typing the question. The answer could be a wall of text or it could be a simple sentance. This again should be something the administrator thinks about before using rather than someone saying "no it wont work".
