Having had only one strange problem where my admin users always get to log in ok but normal members get [null] and no chat I did an uninstall and noticed when reinstalling that right after the step to do the integration I get this error

[UPDATE] Interestingly enough on the second install (despite the above error - which passed as part of an automatic refresh btw - I had to go back and stop the process in order to capture it for this post) everything has worked fine...[/UPDATE]
