Well just like mIRC & other similar chat clients, the admin predefines the questions & answers.

So a god example for the bot/program to list all of the questions would be something like

etc.

So when the user types "How much does VIP cost?" the admin predefines the answer to be something like:

Now granted I see what you are saying regarding spelling mistakes & such but personally... That should not stop something like this from being created. That's like saying why create Captcha registration? Some people are color blind & some people have trouble seeing properly.
