Is there a way to maintain the who is chatting box at the bottom of the forumhome while having it at the top as well?

Also, is there any way for the text Members currently using Flashchat: 0 to appear in the same font/size as the Currently Active Users: 1 (1 members and 0 guests) field? The box seems to have a larger font now, same as the What's Going On? text.
