There is a workaround, until vbulletin.org has time to update:
It does, however, need to be slightly modified to work on this forum due to the /attachment.php?attachmentid=[0-9]&stc=[0-9]&thumb=[0-9]&d=[0-9]
So if somebody has the time to make the minor adjustment to recognize vb's attachment link, it'll be a nice addition.
