Ive tried that but no luck. I dont want the JS drop down to be able to be used and cant find how to remove it when you have no notifications.

This is what I want. Basically I have the notifications within the header but when I have no notifications and click the drop down it will shoot over to the right breaking the template and I wanted to remove how the drop down works when you have no notifications. The drop down content is things like Inbox, sent messages etc
