1. turn it on in vboptions > external data provider
=====> Enable External Javascript = yes
=====> Enable RSS Syndication = yes
=====> Enable Podcasting (RSS Enclosure) = yes
=====> Enable XML Syndication = yes
=======> Thread Cutoff = 30
=======> Cache Lifespan = 60
=======> Maximum External Records = 15
2. this error_log at attacments
3. already upload new external.php file
4. plugin all disable one by one
