We are currently updating our board from 3.6.9 to 3.8.2 by calling upgrade.php file from the /install/ folder which results in the following database error:

Altering event Table (1 of 1)
Altering prefix Table (1 of 1)
vB_Database_Alter: fetch_table_info() has not been called successfully.

All files are properly created/edited by the script.

Could anyone help us resolve this issue?
