That is because most likely you need to force "www." on your server. And include the www. in your 'Site Name / Url / Contact Details' options in ACP.

Example is someone types "website.com" in their browser and it re-directs them to "www.website.com". When you force "www." on your webserver, it actually debugs quite a lot of other apps, scripts, etc.

Here is how to force "www." via htaccess:

1) Copy and Paste into notepad:

RewriteEngine on
RewriteCond %{HTTP_HOST} ^WEBSITE.com [NC]
RewriteRule ^(.*)$ http://www.WEBSITE.com/$1 [L,R=301]

2) Replace both words, "WEBSITE" with your site domain name

3) Save the document with the file name "1.htaccess" and Save type as "All Files (*.*)"

4) Upload the file "1.htaccess" to your root directory (public_html) or (www)

5) Rename "1.htaccess" to '.htaccess'

Or if you already have an .htaccess file in your root directory, simply add the rewrite code at the top of the file via notepad, save it, reupload it.

Problem should be fixed
