You can do what ever you want and place it where ever you want - but I would suggest importing this file as add-on in your vBulletin Admin Control Panel, as you would do it with every other add-on.

You don't need to add a BB code by yourself, this is done by installing my add-on. So delete this BB code and install my add-on, if you want to use the functionality of my add-on.
