Did you take your time? Jaxel's mod works flawlessly form what I saw, I just un-installed and it was working fine on a brand new 3.8 board. I suggest un-install then re-install but take your time and make sure everything is uploaded and you followed all his steps. He might have other advice as this is his mod but just a suggestion.
