Thanks. I am starting to get the hang of it now!

I don't see an option to activate another bar in my admin CP/settings/experience bars. I can't figure out how to get the third bar. I only have red and green. http://www.medicalspouse.com/forums

What would you recommend that I do in terms of points. I have a small board. I have a total of ~800 users with about 200 active users. Because the board has been in use for so long, many users are already at level 48 or 60 or .... the really big posters are at level 100.

Also, how would I go about making it automatic that users with x number of points automatically gain access to certain forums or features? Again...sorry for the newbie question.

OH, last question...I'm so sorry...when I am creating new awards, how do I get a medal to show up? I was able to create a category and I saw that somewhere here there were some other sample award graphics to download that I can find...but how do I assign the graphic?
