Thanks for the recommendation. This will be nice to pulling external feeds onto my vBulletin forum, but I'd like to do something different: have my posts in forum X go to an RSS feed, which I can include on my non-vBulletin web page.

Saviour, I have considered vBadvanced CMPS. I'll look into it more closely this weekend. I mainly wanted to use my regularly designed web page and simply integrate vBulletin posts and polls, if possible, while avoiding the usual look/feel of a 3-column canned CMS.
