Header images are WAY too big!!!

Meta description is ok. But does not seem to make use of targeted keywords very well.

Replace the favicon with one of your own.

The Eastern and Western conference sections have too many subforums. All of those subforums could be done away with and combied into the parent section.

Take a look at your off topic section - its straight forward and simple. Then go back to the conference sections,,,,,,
