I am pretty sure that when you first go to register, the default timezone set in the registration form is the same as what you entered into the admin cp.

super correct, this is because i want to use quick registration, then cannot have timezone code as well, i set up +4 right in the admincp, but if no option about timezone, then it always go to +0 (ignore the one i set in admincp)
Lynne, where to edit the timezone+4 ? thank you for helping us everyday =)
