vb.org Archive - View Single Post - Direct to Specific (dynamic) URL After Reply

On myHybridCar.com I have vBulletin handling (1) traditional threads, (2) Wordpress comments and (3) fuel economy database comments. For the latter two, the user is linked directly to the reply URL for a particular thread when they wish to comment.

Is it possible to feed vBulletin a variable with a redirect URL so that after they reply, they're sent back to the original page (the WP post or the car in the database) rather than the thread?
