I designed that site and installed the slideshow, which is a simple slideshow by Photobucket.

On the photobucket site (you must be a member with an album there) you add all of the pics you want to the slideshow, then make a few simple selections, and it makes the slideshow for you. You copy the html code, place it in the navbar template, and waa laa!

That's all there is to it.
