I have been having a tough time finding out about this photo rotating add-on on this website: (at the top)

I see the Photobucket logo on the end and if you click a picture you go to Photobucket. I looked all around the Photobucket website and could find nothing refering to it? Where does this flash add-on come from. I was told by the person that did the skin, they had nothing to do with it. I want to add this to my Forum, but I just don't know where to start. I want this exact application. Someone must know something about it or where I can inquire further, thanks
