my index is datalifecme and forum vBulletin i was use login form in index

i use this cod to login in index

if user enter from this form go to vbulltin and come back to index( datalife) but in index dont show wellcome messsege and shoma top form but in forum coorect please help me if user back to index show wellcome messege from this form
