I did that and the problem is still persisting....

For example:
I spelled the title wrong. I was able to go in to do edit and advanced edit. It did change in the original post itself, but not on the title of the thread. The title appears on the todays post page or if you were to enter into that particular forum.

As an admin I can change this...but regular users can not
