Can users of vb blog be able to use that blog address to sign up for adsense?

I haven't purchased blog, but I will if Google will allow this. I'm doing ad sharing and I want my users to be able to sign up easily for adsense. The easiest method would be to use their vb blog website as their "website" when signing up for adsense. I know they can just go through blogger, but I want to keep everything under the same roof.
