People who don't know other browsers exist
People who don't have a clue about how they can update their computer software
People who work for companies whose IT department is just plain lazy or incompetent

Seems you are the incompetent one yourself because you forgot the main reason:
People who NEED IE6 (like my hosting company), because they have to see how other users, still using IE6 look at their webpage. You can't have a ICT business website online and not support IE6 while it's still out there, because they won't take you serious as hoster or webdesigner if already your homepage looks "strange" (because they are using IE6).

It's a great mod for things like forums and hobby websites.

But it would be better if people would not make that kind of stupid comments without thinking a bit further.
