I have a forum using Rss Feeds. I take those feeds and put them on my portal. When someone clicks on the thread title in the portal, it takes them to the forum where they can read the feed.

What I would like to do is to have the thread take the user directly to the feed in question instead of going to the post on my forum. In other words, rather than having to click the "read more" button in the rss feed to go to the other site, you can click on the thread title to take you directly to the other site.

Is this possible, and how would I go about doing that?
