you want to merge both forum into one, or merge the databases and still have two forums?

you have something called ImpEx that will merge both forums, you decide the source and the target forum... it all depend on what forum softwares you use... all details found here: http://www.vbulletin.com/forum/forumdisplay.php?f=92
