Even if you correct mentioned that is not on your business, I want to spend some time to close this "hot topic".

There is no copyright for general purpose words. eg food, cinema, sales etc can't be copyrighted.
Copyright goes to words without any general meaning in conjuction with a logo. eg if you're old in age, at the 1981 there was an argue between Sanyo and Sanio. Finally Sanio won.
There is a difference between vbclassifieds and classifieds. Hope that you can understand it.
I asked from the author of vbClassifieds.com, to show me papers to prove his copyright. He said that he has nothing (simple because it was impossible to get copyright for a common word).

That's hor the history. Please don't hijack the thread again. If the author of vbclassifieds thinks that there is a copyright issue, he will contact vB.org admins to solve the issue.
