You did not install My Flashchat 4: Who is chatting (Add On) hack as per instructions, as I just checked your site, and the only page you can you the the contents in the who is chatting box is your forum homepage (forum.php), other pages it is just a blank who is chatting box. I suspect you did not step 4 and/or you did not do the 2 edits in step 5 of the instruction on that hack.
