you can get vbwiki pro to work after some modding to the last release, as discussed on the nuhit forums, but you're probably restricted to using mediawiki 1.11 or older (with vb 3.8.1 we started to see some db errors, but functionality still appeared ok).

on our site, we just migrated to https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=191186 <-- even this needs an update (make sure you read the last few pages for a fix with the latest versions. with those changes it works well with MW 1.14 and vb 3.8.1 ).

now for a integrated skin solution...

On a generic note, two features I really miss in vbulletin:
1. native support for mediawiki
2. a decent classifieds system
