Is it possible to run a cron job that queries the profile fields of users and then suggest friends or contacts to members in vB 3.8.x?

A user logging into their usercp will see a list of suggested friends and the matching profile fields. Then the user can add or ignore this person as a friend.

Also what will be cool is something like this, Joe matches your profile on these elements, therefore you will probably like his other items (pull these items from the custom profile fields).
