I cant get it to work

I really want this plugin to work on my forums!

I have vBulletin 3.8.1 and when I install it, it updates automaticly in a thread when i write by my self but it wont update when other writes.

I have tested everything! I deactivated all my plugins and it dont work anyway. I have change the style but nothing happend.

Please help me out here.
