After upgrade (overwriting as instructed) some members are getting the same, "you do not have permission to access this page" error message as others have mentioned there.

It's also loading differently for some... for some it's the same (no refresh of the page) and for some the page refreshes.

I'd really appreciate some help with this. My members enjoy it now that they're used to it so I'd hate to have to disable or uninstall it.
