<a href="http://www.xxxxxxxxxxxxx.com/search.php?do=getnew" target="_blank">http://www.xxxxxxxxxxxxx.com/search.php?do=getnew</a>
will give you ALL new posts from you last visit.

Is there any mod that allows users mark some forums as "new posts ignored", so they will not be found anymore by do=getnew ?
Or maybe will be automark as "read" for these forums?
