Good Afternoon everyone...

I am a newbie to vbulletin here please give me a hand..

In progress of creating my forum, I have difficult to find how to setup a forum just like vbulletin.org (the first post of thread always sticky regardless changing pages)
I need this function works for product cataloging, so the customer/user doesn't need go to the very first page when the reply post is going added to many pages afterward..

Anyone have an idea, what 'hacks', plugins, or template modifications should I do install to get those function works just like this forum?
