Ah yes, I know what you are saying. In this particular image pack, I used the animation window of PS CS3. At the top...click "window" and a drop down menu will appear, click "animations". You should see a new menu appear on your lower screen, detailing your first still frame. In your layers window, you should see a little eye beside some of the layers. Those are the ones in view. You can select which layers you would like to see in each still frame. What I do is simply set my first frame up w/the layers I would like to see IE:LED highlight, then select a new animation frame and choose the layers IE: turn off the previous LED highlight and turn on the next one above I want to see in that frame, etc, etc and so on. Don't forget to "save as web device".
