How many people is this happening to?

I have VB 3.8.1 installed and the following mods:

FB Connect
VB Classifieds
Open Inviter
VBblog

I am willing to pay someone to fix this for me.

1. All new threads submitted through easy forms go into moderation when logged in as a user (not when logged in as admin). I'm pretty sure I have everything set up right but I may need a set of second eyes.

2. Preview button. I get an error.

Please help.
