ssh into server.

if you know the path of the file and its name, you can either cd to that dir or run it form the current location that you logged in at, the script also needs +x or you can simply 755 it in ftp.

cd /path/to/file
./filename.sh
press the return (enter) key.

or

/path/to/file/filename.sh
chmod +x filename.sh
press the return (enter) key.
