I believe it's regarding the configuration of XCache, check the var_size variable for XCache, you may set up as 15 minutes, that's why you see the forum in 15 minutes.

for those folks who are happy with XCache, don't you guys get the following error message from time to time?:
Fatal error: Direct Instantiation of vB_Image_Abstract prohibited. in /includes/class_image.php on line 190.
