vb.org Archive - View Single Post - "Location" in forum display?

Hi,

When a user posts something at the top of the post it shows some info about them like below-:

Join Date: Feb 2009
Location: UK
Posts: 6
Shent is on a distinguished road

How can i change whats shown here? i want to remove "location" and put in other text like "Job Role" or "Position" and then do it so only the admins can edit that info.

Can anyone help with either of this tasks?
