Excuse the sexist title, I'm sure some of you gentleman will have some ideas too

I have some pink lip gloss stains on my jeans (it's not what you think) and I need to get them out. I have read articles online about getting lip gloss off jeans which is normally transparent, using WD40, mechanical grease remover but this stain has colour, so I'm stumped how to get it out. I've washed them twice and it's not even made a difference
