Global prefixes; display all threads on your site that have the same prefix

By default prefixes are specific to one forum. Even when the same prefix is used in several forums, then there is no way to show all threads on your site with the same prefix.

This is why global prefixes are needed, as a way to display all threads on your site that have the same prefix.
