Wrong instructions! Disable hooks so you can get into your admincp to try to fix the problem or uninstall the hack. HTH, I am not being a jerk believe me I know what you are going through but you have to take it slow and do things in a specific order to get from a to z.

If you can not get into admincp, you be scr....ed, so that's the first order of priority.
