I don't normally like a lot of header graphics but yours is pretty cleaver. I think the 486 banner you have below your header graphics distracts the viewer from your cool wizard guy. Maybe relocate that to another area making the header less busy and showing your first time viewers how neat your little guy is.

I'm not a fan of dark forum because they are difficult for me to read but most of your forum with the medium blue text is easy to read, however, when you get to "active users" section it is very difficult for my eyes to read. The light text on dark background never appeals to me.

IMO, your forum clean and except for the bottom is a really good forum.

For what my silly two cents is worth.
