I really like the responses I am getting. I got an email back from one of the council members, and he told me that he understood completely that I could not disclose that information.

Some people may decide to do the Police a Good Turn and then getting themselves into trouble for it, Always make sure you get the correct paperwork before hading over personal/senstitive information like that.
