Is there a Weather mod for VB3.8.x that would enable users to input their town into their profile and it would give them either an option to show their local weather in the postbit or signature?

I have been messing around and got weatherunderground local weather added to the sig but it's not for the novice user to do as unless you have html enabled you have to convert their method of doing it to bbcode.
