i have create a folder called "temp" with 777 CHMOD premissions in the location:
httpdocs/
& httpdocs/forum/

and in the admincp
Safe Mode Upload Enabled: yes
Safe Mode Temporary Directory: /temp

but i still see the warning...

/vhosts/*******.net/httpdocs/temp they must be like this and now its working!
