UPDATE: In searching some more I've found that there was a conflict with this mod I had installed:
https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=96926 I have now disabled that mod and turned this one back on. It would be handy if I could have both functioning at the same time but I can switch on and off if I need to use this HTML mod for some reason.
